Lopin Down The Rail Guarantee:
All designs created by LDTR are an original One-Of-A-Kind. No jacket - either a LDTR creation or an outsourced customer request will ever be identically duplicated or re-created by Lopin Down The Rail.
PLEASE DO REMEMBER.....Under no circumstances will LDTR recreate another designers work. I am more than willing to work with you to create your own unique piece but will not copy an exhisting design created by myself or one of the industries other talented designers.

New for 2010 LDTR is now offering a “Preferred Customer Discount”, as soon as you have purchased one design - each and every design after that initial purchase automatically receives 10% discount! No expiry.
Return Policy:
I have confidence in my work and have made every attempt to describe the sketch, jacket, fabric, finished concept and its styling to the best of my ability. All items are sold as is, as described, no returns.
LDTR’s in depth custom order process allows you to see prior to completion what your design will look like and a detailed measurement form is provided for you to fill out prior to construction. All measurements and fabric description are discussed prior to commencement.
LDTR Ready-To-Wear designs have been carefully measured, photos provided and all fabrics described. These designs are also a final sale, so please measure carefully and email me with any questions prior to purchase. I will do my very best to answer as promptly as possible.

At this time LDTR is not currently offering any designs sized above a L Size 18. Custom jackets will be made to YOUR measurements with a bust no larger than 44". Exceptions to this policy may be considered on an individual basis, please contact me for further consultation.
Design Principals:
LDTR personally maintains completed control over all design principals; all items are original One-Of-A-Kinds this policy helps to keep it that way. All custom designs are created to a replica of the hand drawn sketch/estimate. All sketches will remain the property of Lopin Down The Rail.
Shipping:
Items will be shipped via Canada Post (or GreyHound s an option within Alberta and Saskatchewan).
All items within North America are shipped Canada Post Expedited Parcel with a tracking number and Insurance. Insurance is mandatory, as LDTR will not be responsible for lost or damaged items. Canada Post offers various expedited services & options should you require your jacket faster than standard shipping allows. Please let me know prior to final invoicing and I will provide you with some quoted options.
Shipping costs outside the US and Canada will may be higher, location specific shipping costs quoted with design sketch/estimates for custom jackets and prior to final invoicing for ready-to-wear items.
Jacket Completion:
After a custom creation slot is booked, please allow +/-10 weeks on average for construction of your one-of-a-kind design. Commencement and completion dates will be tentatively set at time of booking. Please note that slots & sketches will not be held without a deposit. Deposit date is also set at thee time of booking. Jacket will be added to the design rotation of current custom orders. Remember, typically ONLY a few custom slots are booked each year. 2.5 months is my standard turn-around time for all Lopin Down The Rail custom orders. Because designing is not my full-time position occasionally work or family commitments come up that affect my schedule slightly, but I do my very best to stay on target and throughout the creation process I will be notifying you on the estimated completion date. Shipping time is not included in that estimated +/-10 weeks timeline.
Pants/chaps:
Please note LDTR is currently not offering custom pants or chaps, due to the high demand for jackets and personal time constraints. With most designs additional matching fabric may be purchased so that you may have a local tailor construct them.
Where applicable, additional ultrasuede may also be purchased to have chap construction outsourced, as well. There are several talented chap makers in the industry, if required contact information can easily be provided.

Garment Construction:
All seams are serged during construction to prevent fraying. Zippers will be a separating zipper in the front for on-off ease. LDTR jackets have a nice wide facing for the zipper so it will have a finished look if left partially unzipped. Facing fabric matches the bodice and/or jacket design. The collar & cuffs are double faced for a crisp finished look. It has the popular stand up/fold over collar for a polished appearance. CRISP, CRISP, CRISP! It is designed to be the shorter style so popular right now, which can be worn out for showmanship and rail classes. All seams and appliqués are topstitched with MATCHING thread colors for a classy finishing touch. The jacket has princess seams for a better-finished fit. The princess seams are top stitched so that they lay flat. Hours & Hours of detailing will go into the Appliqué & Embellishment work of this jacket.

on any LTDR design, custom or ready-to-wear after their
initial design purchase.
Once obtained "preferred customer" status - never expires! Discount
